If we are forced to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstance any monies paid will be fully refunded.
Delegates wishing to transfer to another course once booked may do so free of charge, once only, provided a minimum of 7 days notice is given.
Delegates cancelling any time up to 4 weeks before the course date will receive a full refund. N.B. If payment has been made via PayPal then the PayPal fee incurred by Vision Photo Training will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellation within 1 to 4 weeks of the course date, delegates will receive a refund of 50% of the course fee.
Delegates cancelling within less than 5 days of the course date will receive no refund as it would not be possible to fill the space at such short notice.
Delegates need to be aware that our outdoor courses require a certain level of fitness. Walks generally take place in the Derbyshire Peak District using recognised paths and bridleways. Although most of these paths and bridleways are steady, and all the walks are a short distance from the car parks, there are a few areas of steepness. These areas may become slippery due to rain, ice, leaves, moss, and/or for other reasons.
Therefore it is important that you wear suitable outdoor shoes/boots/clothing.
It is also important that if you suffer from any kind of medical condition, or mobility problem, you take medical advice from a suitably qualified medical practitioner BEFORE booking one of our courses.

Vision Photo Training (Les Wilcockson Photography) will not be liable for any accommodation/travel, car-parking fees or any other expenses incurred.
